Meet Vance Luther Boelter — a 57-year-old from Green Isle who now faces the death penalty after carrying out one of the most chilling attacks in recent political history. According to a six-count federal indictment, Boelter targeted four Democratic lawmakers. On the night of June 14, Boelter reportedly entered the Brooklyn Park home of Minnesota House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark.
