WATCH: On Tuesday night, Bret Baier opened his Fox News show with a headline that stopped viewers in their tracks — Trump’s “Epstein Files Saga.”
In a rare move, Baier immediately addressed former President Donald Trump’s latest comments, saying he wants Attorney General Pam Bondi to release “whatever documents she thinks are credible” regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case.
The controversy is far from over.
“There’s a large group of supporters who don’t want this buried,” Baier stated, before turning the spotlight to reporter David Spunt and emphasizing: “This story does not go away.”
Meanwhile, the DOJ and FBI are under fire for allegedly contradictory statements — claiming there is no incriminating Epstein “client list” while also continuing to review unreleased records.
Judicial Watch isn’t backing down. Their FOIA lawsuit continues to push for full transparency about Epstein’s associates. In the latest filing, they say the FBI is “still reviewing” results, and communications related to Kash Patel and the Epstein file are “ongoing.”
So why the mixed signals?
The DOJ says there’s nothing left to find. But the courts are being told the investigation isn’t over.
Fox News’ Bret Baier just made it clear — this story isn’t closing anytime soon.
