Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has announced a game-changing bill that could completely alter how elections — and even Congress — operate in America.
The proposed legislation would require **proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections** and push for a **new census that counts only citizens** — a move that would impact how many seats each state gets in the House of Representatives.
“It’s a matter of national security,” Greene told Fox News Digital. She accused Democrats of wanting non-citizens to vote and of seeking a “world takeover” via open borders and amnesty policies.
Former President Trump is fully on board. When asked about the measure, he said bluntly: “I love it.”
Under current law, the U.S. Census includes unauthorized immigrants in its population count — a method used to determine House apportionment. Greene’s bill would eliminate that, giving citizen-only numbers real political power.
If passed, this could be one of the most significant legislative shifts in modern U.S. history.
Supporters call it common sense. Opponents say it’s suppression. What do you think?
